原 docs/plans/ 下的 10 份混合文档(需求+设计混杂)归档到 docs/_archive/plans/ 作为决策考古用途。hammer-deformation-enhancement 实施清单迁移到 docs/impl/。后续工作产出统一进入 docs/requirements/ 与 docs/design/ 两个清晰分层。
