feat(content): 调整游戏模式/控制器/主角Character+资源迁移

- 新增 BP_ChildHoodGameMode、BP_ChildHoodPlayerController、BP_ChildHoodCharacter
- Mannequins资源从Content/Characters/迁移到Content/Res/
- 更新 LVL_SuburbanV01.umap 关卡引用
