config: 初始化项目配置与UE5第三人称模板全部资产

- 更新.gitignore排除.worktrees/目录
- 添加Claude Code Stop hook桌面通知脚本
- 添加UE5第三人称模板: Manny/Quinn人体模型及全套动画
- 添加关卡原型搭建网格、材质与交互物体(门/跳板/靶子)
- 添加Enhanced Input动作映射与触摸配置
- 添加战斗/平台/横版卷轴三个变体蓝图与关卡
- 添加Fab电视模型
