fix(analyze): correct kb-deep-analyzer path calculation

- Add one more .parent to reach correct directory level
- Fixed path: /home/.../kb-skills/kb-deep-analyzer (was /home/.../kb-skills/kb_workflow/kb-deep-analyzer)
