docs(04-01): complete BaseProcessor and ParseProcessor plan

- BaseProcessor abstract class with unified interface
- ParseProcessor wrapping LinkParser for URL parsing
- ParseInput/ParseOutput schemas for parse step
- All tests passing (18 tests)
