feat(05-02): integrate ArchiveProcessor into Pipeline

- Add ArchiveInput creation in Pipeline.run()
- Import ArchiveInput in pipeline.py
- Add archive_file and skipped to output field recording
- Add ArchiveProcessor to CLI processors list
- Update PipelineConfig steps to include archive
