- Update handle_message to use adaptive timeout based on command type
- Long commands (execute-phase, plan-phase, etc.) use timeout=None
- Regular commands use DEFAULT_TIMEOUT (60 seconds)
- Add TestAdaptiveTimeout test class with 6 test cases
