starmen1265 c4beb3ef3c feat(02-03): implement ZhihuAdapter for answer and zhuanlan content 
- Implement ZhihuAdapter class inheriting PlatformAdapter
- Support answer URL content extraction
- Support zhuanlan (article) URL content extraction
- Add cookie-based authentication from KBSettings
- Detect login page redirects (expired cookies)
- Return AuthError for missing/expired cookies
- Format content with YAML frontmatter
- Update package exports to include ZhihuAdapter

- Export error types (KBError, NetworkError, ValidationError, SystemError, AuthError, ErrorType)
- Export config (KBSettings, get_settings)
- Export retry (retry_on_network_error)
- Clean import interface for users

starmen1265 0dbb0c4cb6 refactor(01-01): export WorkflowStateManager from kb_pipeline 
Add WorkflowStateManager to package exports for easier imports.
Users can now use: from kb_pipeline import WorkflowStateManager

All 20 tests pass with 90% coverage.

starmen1265 85413bc1c6 test(01-02): add failing tests for core pipeline schemas 
- Create kb_pipeline package structure
- Add test fixtures in conftest.py
- Add 28 test cases for StepInput, StepOutput, StepStatus, StepRecord, WorkflowState
- Add JSON serialization/deserialization tests
- TDD RED phase: tests fail because schemas.py not yet implemented
