starmen1265 87a1740cd3 feat(14-05): integrate cache into UnifiedSegmentationStrategy ...

- Add cache parameter to UnifiedSegmentationStrategy.__init__()
- Add cache logic to segment() method (check before LLM, save after)
- Pass cache parameter through SemanticSegmentationEngine.__init__()
- Implement missing chunking methods (_segment_single_chunk, _segment_multiple_chunks, etc.)
