Deviations from Plan

Auto-fixed Issues

1. [Rule 1 - Bug] Fixed test case for backup fallback

• Found during: Task 2 (GREEN phase)
• Issue: Test test_load_falls_back_to_backup_on_corruption expected backup to exist after single save, but backup is only created on second save
• Fix: Modified test to save twice before corrupting main file, ensuring backup exists
• Files modified: tests/test_pipeline/test_state.py
• Verification: All 20 tests pass
• Committed in: 624cd76 (Task 2 commit)

• pytest not found in system PATH - used project's .venv/bin/pytest instead
