Accomplishments

• Added comprehensive health check tests (6 new tests for ProxyEntry and ProxyPool)
• ZhihuCrawler now accepts proxy_pool parameter with priority over single proxy config
• Implemented _parse_proxy_url static method for Playwright-compatible proxy format
• Added _on_request_success/failure feedback methods for future health tracking
• Full backward compatibility maintained with single proxy configuration

Each task was committed atomically:

2. Task 2: ZhihuCrawler 集成 ProxyPool - b66bcc0 (feat)

Note: Task 1 was test-only commit as core logic was implemented in 10-01

• ProxyPool parameter takes priority over config.proxy when both are provided (enables seamless migration)
• _parse_proxy_url implemented as static method for potential reuse
• Health feedback methods (_on_request_success/failure) added but not yet integrated into crawl methods - will be connected in future phases when implementing automatic retry with proxy switching
