One-liner: Feishu Card JSON 2.0 formatter with theme support, pagination markers, and interactive buttons.

What Was Done

Created FeishuResponseFormatter class that formats responses as Feishu Card JSON 2.0 messages with three-zone structure (header/content/actions).
