chore: 清理旧目录 + 更新 evolver 脚本路径
- 删除 scripts/ 目录（evolver-run.sh 已移至 ~/work/backup/） - 删除 workspace/ 目录（旧的 main agent 工作空间已弃用） - 更新 cron 任务中的 evolver 脚本路径 - 修复 evolver-run.sh 缺少 run 参数的问题 - 清理多余的备份文件
