## 2026-03-10: kb-workflow 流程执行不完整

### 发生了什么
|
||||
用户请求"添加到知识库 + 链接"，我启动了 kb-workflow 技能，但两次漏掉步骤：
|
||||
1. 第一次：只做了链接解析、元数据提取、内容提取，漏掉了深度分析
|
||||
2. 第二次：深度分析完成后，漏掉了归档步骤
|
||||
|
||||
### 根本原因
|
||||
1. **没有建立步骤检查清单** - SKILL.md 明确列出了8个步骤，但我没有逐项核对
|
||||
2. **并行子代理导致认知偏差** - 启动3个子代理处理后以为工作结束了
|
||||
3. **过早汇报完成** - 在步骤4完成后就向用户汇报，没有继续后续步骤
|
||||
4. **忘记归档是必须步骤** - 即使分析完成了，归档才是最终目标
|
||||
