chore(git): gitignore忽略agent-memory残留

项目 commit 906e2aa 已移除 agent 记忆系统，但 agent 运行时仍会在 .claude/agent-memory/ 生成记忆文件，加入 gitignore 避免运行时残留被误提交。 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
